How long will my order take to arrive?
We are currently experiencing very high demand so please allow up to 2 days for your order to be processed.
Once your order is processed you will be sent an email with your tracking link.
Shipping time varies by location. But these are our current estimates:
United States (10-14 Business days)
Canada, Europe (10-14 Business days)
Australia, New Zealand (10-20 Business days)
Mexico, Central America, South America (15-20 Business days)
*The actual shipping times are usually faster than the ones listed above, these are just the safe estimates we’ve made.
Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship direct to the customer.
The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we are currently working on improvising this as hard as we can to get your order to you as fast as possible.
My tracking page seems to keep showing the status of “waiting for shipping information” or “waiting for carrier to update tracking information”, what’s going on?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-8 business days upon receiving your shipping confirmation email for the tracking information to be updated on our system. So it would take some time for us to update your shipping details, please don’t worry if you didn’t see your details within the first 2-8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email. We are working on your package.
If you have received your shipping confirmation email more than 8 business days ago and there is still no status updates on your package, please contact our customer support team.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final. Orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment team therefore they are usually sent out to be shipped straight away therefor cannot be cancelled or switched, however we do accept returns if you are switching or bought a wrong size once it has arrived to you.
I placed an order and paid but I didn’t receive a confirmation email?
You will always receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email (and you see that you were charged) that means you did not provide us with your correct email address. you should contact our support team to handle this issue
Do you Sell or Store my information?
All of the customer information we receive is confidential and NOT shared with any third party under any circumstances. The only information we can see is shipping and billing details.
