Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have an at most of 15 minutes to contact our customer support team and request order modifications or change of address. We are able to grant Cancellations as orders are usually put into production and can no longer be modified. We are Able to deny requests that have already been fulfilled and shipped.
Damaged/ Incorrect Order
We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if/ when it happens. If either of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo or video of the item(s) and email it to us, along with your order number to:
email@example.com. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will get a replacement sent to you right away.
24 hours is the maximum amount of time permitted to raise a dispute before the warranty is void.
Order Not Received
If your item has not arrived within 28 days (45 days for international) after you placed your order, please contact our support team and we will promptly take care of you.
As mentioned in our FAQ & Shipping page , shipping times can be longer for certain countries such as Canada, Australia and USA, for example. We are currently working on providing quicker shipping times for all of our customers, worldwide, but we do not have an estimated date for when that will be active.
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.
Please note, there are no refunds or cancellations after your order has been processed.
If your order with us doesn’t arrive at the correct shipping address provided to us and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs or we will gladly replace the item for you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Orders on sale are unable to be refunded as we are making way for new stock. To find out more about this please read our terms and conditions which you have to agree to at checkout.
Shipping charge is non-refundable should you wish to return or exchange an item for any other reason.
– For orders which are damaged on arrival (DOA), please refuse the parcel and inform your local post office of the damage to be eligible for a full refund or redelivery.
– With the exception of incorrect, defective or damaged order, a shipping charge of £6.99 or actual postage (whichever is higher), along with return shipping charge (if applicable) will be deducted from order total before refund.
– Once a return is received successfully and verified to be in good order, the refund less shipping charge and restocking fee (if applicable) will be made via the original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 working days for the credit to be reflected in your account.
– No refund will be made on packages which are unclaimed, refused (except for DOA), abandoned or disposed of. Please ensure proper arrangements have been made for your parcel to be collected.
– We require up to 8 weeks for delivery of orders before they are listed as missing. Requests for refund or resend will be processed after that.
– Refund or redelivery policy does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by natural disasters, union strikes or any events beyond our control.
