All sales are final. Orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment team therefore they are usually sent out to be shipped straight away therefor cannot be cancelled or switched, however we do accept returns if you are switching or bought a wrong size once it has arrived to you.

You will always receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email (and you see that you were charged) that means you did not provide us with your correct email address. you should contact our support team to handle this issue

All of the customer information we receive is confidential and NOT shared with any third party under any circumstances. The only information we can see is shipping and billing details.

This can sometimes be due to some of your products being limited edition pre order items meaning they will be shipped on the said date. if this is not the case our customer support team can assist you with getting it right.

What is the item processing time?

After receiving your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product’s quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 3 hours business days; However, it can also be affected by the item’s stock status.

 2.How long will my order take to ship?

For Free Shipping, it takes 2-4 working days to arrive after dispatch.

 3.Can I track my order?

30 minutes after your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier’s details and your consignment number, this can be used to track your order.

4.Can I change my address?

5.Can I get delivery to countries outside of the UK?

Yes you can, we charge a flat rate of £15 for international shipping. Please contact us (info@beloirworld.com) to ask for an accurate reply.
